Learning and understanding the processes and procedures of selling your services or products to municipalities, universities, and schools can be daunting. Most entities do not have one person or a department to handle the procurement process. Websites and procedure documents are complicated and can be very confusing.
This workshop is focused on delivering answers and opportunities to sell to entities such as Muncie Community Schools, Ball State University, Ivy Tech Community College, and local municipalities. You will leave with an understanding of how the purchasing function works in each organization and what you need to do to become a vendor. If you have ever wondered how to sell to these organizations, this workshop is for you.
