About this Event
Join us for the Empowering Minds Conference, a day dedicated to mental health awareness, education, and community connection. The event features an inspiring keynote speaker, suicide prevention gatekeeper trainings (Youth Mental Health First Aid, Be A Link, safeTALK), and engaging breakout sessions on topics such as rural mental health, veteran support, self-care, and more. Connect with local resources at exhibitor tables and leave with tools to support yourself and others.
