The session will be led by Marina Ibrahim, an award-winning Cultural Diversity & Inclusive Leadership Consultant and the newly appointed EDI Director of the PSA. She has extensive experience as a CIM Course Director focused on EDI for Marketers, in addition to her roles as an accredited coach and facilitator.
A British-German with Egyptian roots, Marina brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work. With 25 years of experience in international marketing, communication, and cross-cultural training, Marina has coached and consulted for multinational corporates and SME clients globally. Her extensive portfolio includes collaboration with renowned companies such as BENTLEY, BP, BMW, DEA, CATERPILLAR, EMI MUSIC, KELLOGG’S, NIKE, and PEPSICO, supporting their talent development and diversity strategies.
