About this Event
A comprehensive support group for grandmothers to explore essential aspects of their lives. Each weeks sessions are tailored to address self-care, interpersonal relationships along with valuable tools to thrive in their roles as powerful caregivers.
1st and 3rd and 5th Thursdays from 6:00-7:00PM at Five Rivers Family Health Center (2261 Philadelphia Dr.)
Childcare provided.
While this offering is focused on grandmothers, all elder women are welcome to attend.
This 6-week offering is facilitated by Brenda Alexander, trained professional, coach, and grandmother with a passion for utilizing cross-cultural techniques to help others heal while promoting self-love and acceptance.
