Facing Bias in the Medical System

Healthy Start Brooklyn is hosting a safe space for individuals who have experienced bias in the medical system.
We will provide a supportive environment to:
- Share stories
- Validate each other's experiences
- Work together towards healing
Whether it is discrimination based on race, gender or any other factor, we're here to foster understanding, empowerment, and advocacy in the face of systemic challenges.
*Please note: SPACE IS LIMITED and open enrollment ends on March 18th*
*** ATTENDEES SHOULD ATTEND THE 1ST MEETING ON 3/4.***

Instructor Bio:
Kathie Alli - Crisis Counselor with trauma-informed practice training, working towards her MSW. She has advocated for veterans in the past and has extensive experience in holistic health and resilience strategy.
