Empowering Communities through Self-Defence

This workshop is intended to teach empowerment and self-defence skills to people who have been or could be impacted by racialized, xenophobic, or other discriminatory scenarios. This workshop presentation would be followed by an in-person training on self-defence skills acquisition.

Workshop duration would be one and half hours for the two sessions.
