Do you ever feel like it's hard to get your staff to feel empowered and engage in their jobs? During this training, we will learn about the barriers and give you techniques you can use to empower and engage your staff in their work environment.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of this session, the learner will recall some quick fixes and long hauls in staff motivation.
2 . By the end of this session, the learner will identify eight ways to motivate employees.
3 . By the end of this session, the learner will demonstrate strategies to empower their staff that they can implement into their programs.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
