What a journey that's ahead! Have you ever felt completely empowered, relaxed & accepting of the present all at the same time? Jen's class will take you through this progression that ends with a long, resting period; a journey of poses and dialogue to remind you of the greatness that is already inside of you.

This class is for all levels and all ages. This flow will encourage you to be on your mat, relax, and let go of everything that is outside of you. To move in a way that serves you well. Through longer holding poses, Jen will guide you on how to release trapped emotions and only breathe in what you want to bring into your life.

Jen is extremely humbled to lead this class. Coming to you all the way from Upstate NY, she brings her passion for helping others heal through holistic practices which include movement and meditation in yoga.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you find parking and can settle in without having to rush.

Charlotte SHOUT Elemental Yoga Series

THE EXPERIENCE

The Elemental Yoga series will be paired with UK artist Luke Jerram’s Gaia Art exhibit. Connecting Charlotte SHOUT visitors back with their minds and bodies. Seeing the Earth as if from space. An ecosystem we urgently need to look after – our only home. Living a healthier more sustainable lifestyle by healing ourselves is the first step to healing our planet.


Movement - 10 all-level classes will be offered throughout the duration of the festival. Each one will be a different sequence of postures. Participants will have a new experience with every class (Restorative, Vinyasa, Sound Healing, Glowga (Glow in the dark Yoga), Primal, slow flow, meditation) to connect the mind to the body through movement.


Breath - Gain perspective by viewing the Earth at a close distance and slow down with various breathwork techniques throughout class.


Awareness - We only have 1 body, we only have 1 planet. Participants will gain awareness of how their bodies feel when they move with intention, which will tie back to the ways we move throughout life in relation to Mother Earth.
