🔥 What to Expect:
🏀 Basketball Training & Competitions:
Led by certified E.A.T. coaches, girls will go through a dynamic, fun, and challenging workout that builds strength, agility, and basketball fundamentals. Expect drills, full-court games, and exciting competitions — and yes, Mistie Bass will be jumping in on the action!
💪 Strength & Conditioning:
Participants will engage in athletic development sessions focused on building physical power, stamina, coordination, and confidence.
💬 Mentorship from Mistie Bass:
Mistie Bass, former WNBA player, will speak to the girls about her journey as a professional athlete, overcoming challenges, and staying mentally tough. She’ll also host a Q&A session and assist with on-court instruction.
🧠 Leadership Workshop with LEAD:
Girls will take part in a powerful classroom-based session with the LEAD program, helping them develop self-confidence, personal power, goal-setting skills, and a positive mindset for the future.
🏅 MVP Award & Sponsorship Opportunity:
One standout participant will be selected as the MVP and receive a 1-year sponsorship from E.A.T., including free training sessions, mentorship, camp entries, and exclusive E.A.T. gear.
