Building is HARD. EmpowerHER brings sharp women together to support one another through the toughest parts of building. This FREE gathering is for female entrepreneurs building startups in Minnesota - designed to expand your circle of real supporters and peers who get it. Come reconnect with familiar faces, meet new founders, and walk away with fresh clarity and momentum for the year ahead. Here’s the agenda:

- Option 1: 2026 Vision Board Workshop with Rachel Frosch (guided creative session using art + intention-setting)
- Option 2: Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) Workshop with Clare (create or update your 2-page business plan with 1, 3, and 10-year goals + key business elements - an EOS Traction tool)
Is This Event Designed For YOU?
There are ample opportunities to connect with other female business professionals in the twin cities. We’re trying to do something a little different. We aim to create a casual, yet meaningful, environment where women can build genuine relationships with peer female founders on a similar journey. This would be a great event for you if you:
- Are currently building a business you own or have significant stake in
- Have built a business from the ground up at some point in your life
- Are connected to the startup community in a supportive role (think: startup programs)
- Are currently exploring a startup opportunity (no matter how early stage the idea is)
Not A Good Fit:
- Solopreneurs or contractors looking to win business
- Salesperson from other industries looking to win business (i.e. insurance, financial advisors, sales & marketing agencies, hiring agencies, etc)
There are plenty of events to network and win business. This is not one of them. If you are in a startup that falls with one of the categories above, you’re welcome to join! But the primary goal of the event is to gain perspective and help from peers, NOT sell your product.
About the "Choose Your Own Adventure"
This event is designed to help you reconnect and reset. After time to mingle and meet other founders, you’ll choose the experience that best supports your next season:
Vision Board Workshop: A guided creative session to reflect, dream, and visually map what you want 2026 to look like - using art, creativity, and intention.
Vision/Traction Organizer Workshop: A practical working session to create (or update) your Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) - a 2-page business plan used in the EOS Traction methodology. You’ll walk away with the tools to create 1, 3, and 10-year goals and the essential building blocks every business needs.
About EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER started with five female founder friends, all craving a little bit more out of their startup network. More insight, more hope, more inspiration, more help. More kickass women! It started in a kitchen, with just the five. From there, an idea for a larger gathering sparked and caught fire. And we can’t wait to meet you!
All attendees are extended an invitation to join a closed LinkedIn group to continue their connections with other kickass female founders. Attendance at an EmpowerHER event is required to gain access.
