Connecting with Our Inner Child to Empower Girls on Their Journey to Womanhood.
As young women come of age, they can sometimes feel disconnected from themselves, their communities, and even their caregivers. So, how do we better prepare our daughters for womanhood? By revisiting the moments that shaped us and asking, “What did I need back then?”
In honor of Women’s History Month, MYSA and Stemtree of Coral Gables are teaming up to build bridges to wellness. This is an opportunity to connect with your inner child and make space for yourself, your daughters, and the women around you to share compassion, wisdom, and community.
This event is for parents, daughters, and women with stories to share. We’ll spark real conversations, connect through fun bridge-building activities, and enjoy some wellness giveaways. Yummy bites and refreshments will be served.
Let’s create a space that feels like home—where we can share, listen, and grow together. Because when we lift up our girls, we lift up everyone.
