About this Event
Come join us at Lowell High School to see our club's hard work throughout the year put on display! We are partnered with Unatti Nepal, an organization that funds girls’ education and menstrual products at Unatti Nepal. Last year, we raised $7,000 for the girls in Nepal, and this year our goal is $10,000! Come learn about our student-led action projects! All year long we've focused on tackling local issues by addressing period poverty in schools through journalistic investigation, hosting a period product drive at school and donating the menstral products to local shelters, and encouraging young girls to persue STEM through fun after school lessons. There will also be live performances from Lowell Dance Company and Goodbye Landing, catered food and drink, as well as a silent auction featuring items from SFMOMA, Red and White Fleet, Equator Coffee, Movement Gym, and more! All proceeds from this event go towards education and menstrual products for girls in Nepal. Together let's EmpowerHer!
Dress-code is semi formal attire and tickets will be sold at the door as well.
