All proceeds from ticket sales will be directed towards supporting future EmpowerHer Health Initiative events for the local community.

Erica is a highly experienced pharmacist with over 20 years across diverse healthcare sectors, with a specialist interest in women’s health. Passionate about advancing care and tackling health inequalities, she is dedicated to ensuring that every woman, regardless of their socioeconomic background, has access to timely, high-quality support.
As the founder of the EmpowerHer Health Initiative, she is committed to educating and equipping women with the knowledge they need to take charge of their Health and well-being. She is also the founder of Mirla Health, an innovative women’s health startup leveraging AI to improve health outcomes, particularly for those navigating menopause and other women’s health conditions.
A transformational mindset coach, Erica strongly believes that when women are empowered to live healthier, happier lives, the ripple effect transforms not only their well-being but also the lives of those around them.

Tracey is the Consultant Nurse Practitioner at East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, a multi-award-winning clinic which specialises in women’s health alongside restorative and regenerative medical aesthetic treatments to give natural looking, confidence boosting enhancements. Tracey is the Aesthetic Medicine Awards Nurse Practitioner of the Year 2023 and the MIA Menopause Nurse of the Year 2025.
Passionate about engaging patients on their wellness journey, Tracey is a British Menopause Society registered Advanced Specialist in Menopause care and is also trained in Lifestyle Medicine. Tracey’s ethos is holistic patient centred care with a focus on patient empowerment and ownership of their health journey. This focuses on body positivity, lifestyle management and hormone balancing.
A regular conference speaker and contributor to professional journals, Tracey also loves to teach (both Medical Aesthetics and Menopause) and works with other health professionals to promote health education both in the medical and corporate sectors.
