NEED TO KNOW

• Cardio Kickboxing will include a variation of full-body movements. No equipment or prior experience needed.
• All fitness levels are welcome to attend. Class will offer movement modifications.
• Please bring an exercise mat, towel, and water bottle. We will bring a limited number of extra mats.
• Following the class, grab a beverage or food item at Logan Street Market. Please note: There are no discounts on food and beverage items.
