Empowered Women's Social Gathering

Welcome to the Empowered Women’s Social Gathering! 

Join us for an uplifting evening of meaningful conversations as we gather with the purpose of creating deeper connections and a stronger sense of community. This is a beautiful way to make new friends with the women in our community who also value going beyond the surface. It’s a space for you to set aside life's demands, your worries of work or the responsibilities of motherhood; this time is just for you! Let's come together to celebrate and lift each other up!

Enjoy sipping hot tea, or a glass of vino along with a few nibbles as we gather around a large table and share our highs and lows, our goals and dreams or even areas we’re calling in extra support and opportunities. 

Your Authenticity and Vulnerability are invited as we share what’s in our hearts and on our minds along with the understanding that this is a loving, genuine, judgment-free space. My goal is that you feel safe to be yourself and that you experience the satisfaction of deep and meaningful connection. (There's no secret sales pitch at these gatherings, just to put your mind at ease! )

Time: 6:30-8:30/9pm

Cost: By Donation, whatever feels good to you. Your donation goes towards purchasing refreshments and supporting the host to keep offering these gatherings and is very much appreciated! ($5-$20 is the average donation, but again, whatever feels good to you! )

About the Host: Kandace Stoneman is passionate about gathering and empowering women for the purpose of creating deeper connection in all of their relationships, especially the relationship with themselves. As a Life & Relationship Coach and Emotional Intelligence Consultant, she specializes in teaching skills for healthier, more fulfilling relationships and does this through facilitating workshops, speaking engagements and personal and professional coaching. Whether it’s through building confidence, communication coaching or conflict resolution skills, deeply connected empowered relationships are available to all of us and feeling a sense of emotional harmony is one of life's greatest gifts we can give ourselves!

Workshop Overview - A fun and interactive 6 week skill-building workshop series designed to EMPOWER & PREPARE Teens/Preteen Girls to CONFIDENTLY NAVIGATE their impressionable and vulnerable teenage years with more confidence, clarity and conviction in who they TRULY are and what they stand for!

The Empowered Girl Workshop will focus on three main categories and is consciously curated to empower girls with the tools and skills they need to thrive in their personal and social lives. These foundational skills are absolutely essential and will guide them throughout their entire life.

The 3 Core Foundational Skills:

Personal Leadership Development:

Description:

Building confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills
Understanding and embracing core values
Practicing mindfulness and self-awareness

Communication and Relationship Skills:

Description:

Developing respectful connection-focused communication
Setting and communicating healthy boundaries, (scripts provided)
Improving social skills and navigating toxic behaviours

Emotional Intelligence and Expression:

Description:

Understanding and expressing emotions effectively
Advocating for personal needs, wants, and preferences
Worthiness strategies for improving inner dialogue for greater mental health

First Class: Thursday Nov 14th, 6:00pm - 8 or 8:30pm depending on class size.

Classes: Thursdays at 6:00pm - 8 or 8:30pm for 6 consecutive weeks.

Last Class: Thursday Dec 19th
