Empowered Voice: A WILD workshop on Mental Health and Stigma

While the public discourse surrounding women's physical and mental health has become more normalized in recent years, the open discussion of such topics continues to create discomfort in others. Where does this hesitation come from, and how do we bridge this gap to find common ground? How do we challenge our preconceived ideas of women's health in social and professional settings? What do those tools look like to break this enduring stigma?

WILD believes in supporting all women's stories, boundaries, and individualistic journeys toward healing. So join us in our WILD Denver "Empowered Voice", with Jillian "GiGi" Hahl, Life Coach and Public Speaker, a safe space workshop where we'll hear differing viewpoints on women's physical and mental health and develop tools to navigate, challenge, and understand such significant topics.
