Objective:

This DiSC® workshop is designed to strengthen interpersonal effectiveness by helping participants better understand themselves and others in the workplace. Through guided discussion, reflection, and hands-on activities, attendees will explore how personality styles influence communication, leadership, and relationships, with a focus on improving collaboration, resolving conflict, and fostering inclusive and respectful environments.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of what DiSC is, why it matters for leaders, and how it can be used as a practical tool to navigate day-to-day interactions. The workshop emphasizes awareness of microaggressions and unconscious behaviors, supporting leaders in recognizing the impact of their words, actions, and assumptions on others.
