Join us at Empowered Spaces for a day filled with community connection, somatic and healing offerings, demonstrations, inspiration, and fun.
This in-person event is your chance to explore our beautiful space, cultivate connections with like-hearted individuals, and discover how we can support you on your journey to healing and empowerment.
Whether you're looking to get to know more about Empowered Spaces, connect with other like-hearted practitioners, learn more about trauma-informed and somatic offerings and approaches to healing, or simply be inspired, this event is for you.
This is a family friendly event so please feel free to bring your kiddos! We will have a Kids Korner with activities for them to enjoy as well.
