We will explore all the areas of your business, including mission/vision/values, strategic goal setting, back-end systems, marketing, finances and more.
The program meets weekly, every Wed 10am-12pm ET, with prompts and activities to complete between sessions to start seeing real-time growth and development of your business!
Other highlights of the program include “hot seat” rotations each week to explore specific challenges for some participants, accountability check-ins, work optimizing playlists and book recommendations, plus dozens of helpful resources to accelerate the success of your business.
