HypnoBirthing is a tried and proven technique, as well as a philosophy that guides and prepares women and their birth partner to give birth in calm, joy and confidence. The program is built around education - understanding the body and mind's perfect design to grow and birth babies. It teaches breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisation, attention to nutrition and exercise in pregnancy and more. It teaches the women and their birth partner about the phases of labour, and how to support each phase. Teaches all the tools and techniques to manage the sensations of labour. The course also covers understanding obstetric tools and interventions, medical pain management, and how to stay in charge whatever road your birthing might take.
In a series of five 2,5 hour classes you will learn all you need to become the A-team and bring your baby earth side in peace and confidence, and start your parenting journey feeling empowered.
