Join us for a nurturing evening where movement meets education. This workshop is a space for pregnant and postpartum people to feel supported, empowered, and informed.
You’ll learn safe, effective stretches and exercises that you can actually do at home, tailored for the changes your body is going through during pregnancy. Dr. Stupi will dive into how pregnancy shifts posture, loosens joints, and alters your core support system — so you’ll understand why these movements work, and how to apply them with confidence.
Dr. Stupi brings over a decade of experience combining chiropractic care with movement, rehabilitation, and patient education. Symmetry Health NYC She’s ICPA-certified in the Webster Technique, gentle chiropractic approach designed for pregnancy that helps keep your hips and pelvis in good alignment, eases tightness in the supporting ligaments, and makes it easier for your body to move comfortably.
In this workshop, Dr. Stupi will:
- Explain how your pelvis, ligaments, and spine adapt during pregnancy (and into postpartum)
- Demonstrate and guide you through safe, bump-friendly stretches and movement patterns for everyday comfort
- Use her Webster Technique insight to teach you how alignment and functional support can ease aches and improve how your body moves
You’ll leave with a toolkit of routines that help ease back, hip, and pelvic discomfort — plus a deeper understanding of your body’s design through pregnancy and beyond.
