Join Sam Larvin (Larvin Boxing) who is a qualified boxing coach and a passionate advocate of mental well-being for a 2 hour immersive session on World Mental Health Day.
Sam will share his journey, highlighting why mental health is so important to him and how boxing can be a powerful tool in challenging and improving your mental health. This workshop is open to everyone regardless of age or ability and is designed to be an inclusive, supportive space.
Whether you are an experienced boxer or someone who has never thrown a punch, this is the perfect oppoutunity to try something new, get active and learn how physical activity can positively impact your mental health.
