Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket, and consider bringing a journal or any other items that will help you feel comfortable and connected to yourself.
All participants need to be 18 or older or accompanied by a legal guardian. A completed and signed waiver is required for everyone to participate. The waiver will be sent via email prior to the event.
