About EMPOWER at the Electrical Training Institute
EMPOWER, short for ETI Mentorship Program Offering Women Extra Resources, is a powerhouse program hosted by the Electrical Training Institute. Since 2006, we've been at the forefront of empowering women in the trades, providing an unparalleled platform for growth, learning, and community.
Each month, on the 2nd Thursday at 4:00 PM, we bring together thought leaders, industry pioneers, and trailblazers to share insights and experiences that resonate with, inspire, and uplift our attendees. Our diverse range of events includes everything from hands-on Milwaukee tool demonstrations to enlightening discussions on key issues in our trade. We ensure every session is impactful, making sure no one's time is wasted, and sometimes, our guest speakers are so inspiring that we invite them back for encore presentations!
A core part of the EMPOWER experience is the community we build together. Attendees enjoy a complimentary dinner, but we ask that you RSVP on our EventBrite page to help us cater accurately. Each meeting also features a free raffle, adding an element of excitement to our gatherings And remember, consistent attendance has its rewards!. Your attendance isn't just about the here and now; it also counts towards our grand raffle in December. For those who attend all 12 meetings in 2024, you'll have the opportunity to enter a special raffle for an exclusive EMPOWER letterman jacket. It's our way of recognizing and celebrating your commitment to the program.
