🌸 EMPOWER ME WITHIN - 8 WEEK PROGRAM 🌸What would it mean to you to give your daughter skills for life to ensure she had the resilience to take anything on, the self esteem to back herself in any situation and to have an attitude that focuses on gratitude for the beautiful life she has?
Imagine if you could give your daughter the skills to help manage her emotions, friendships issues and any challenging situations that may arise.
Do you ever wonder how things would have been different for you if your parents had the tools and strategies to help you through your younger years?
Empower Me Within has been created for girls aged 8-12yrs old, to give them the support, tools and strategies to have ROARING Resilience, SOARING Self-Esteem & an Attitude of GRATITUDE!
Each week, for 8 weeks we will learn key tools, strategies and techniques that can be easily implemented and actioned into everyday life. We will also create fun art and crafts activities to let creativity flow.
Your daughter will walk away from the program feeling empowered & in full bloom, knowing she has a toolbox full of skills and strategies to get her through some of the most challenging years of her life.
🦋 STARTING WEDNESDAY 24TH JULY, 4PM - 5PM 🦋
🌟 Week 1 - ROARING Resilience
In week 1 we focus on resilience and how can we learn to bounce back from our marvellous mistakes & fantastic failures! She’ll see challenges as opportunities for growth, understanding that every setback is a powerful lesson to learn from. This newfound resilience will empower her to tackle any obstacle with confidence and composure.
🌟 Week 2 - SOARING Self-Esteem
In week 2 we unlock the power of a positive mindset by learning the difference between a growth & fixed mindset, the power of our mind & how to harness the incredible potential of her mind to give her a soaring self-esteem! She’ll learn to appreciate her unique qualities, boosting her self-esteem and enabling her to soar to new heights. Imagine her stepping into every situation with self-assuredness!
🌟 Week 3 - WARRIOR Within
In week 3, your daughter will delve into understanding anxiety and worry. She’ll meet her inner warrior, so she is equipped to face her fears head-on. Knowing the real reasons behind her worries will give her the tools to manage and overcome anxiety, transforming her into a brave and fearless warrior!
🌟 Week 4 - BRAVE Bodies
In week 4 your daughter will learn to interpret her body’s signals when she feels worried, discovering the amazing superpowers she possesses. This knowledge will help her understand and respond to physical signs of stress and anxiety, making her more in tune with her emotions and body.
🌟 Week 5 - ERUPTING Emotions
In week 5 we learn that emotions are energy in motion, your daughter will learn the importance of recognising and expressing her feelings safely. She’ll gain insights into the different emotions and how they impact her, leading to a healthier, more balanced emotional life.
🌟 Week 6 - CALM Conversations
In week 6 we focus on what triggers emotions and how to have healthy conversations. Your daughter will learn to navigate emotional triggers and express herself clearly, reducing emotional outbursts and fostering calm and constructive communication.
🌟Week 7 - ATTITUDE OF Gratitude
In week 7 your daughter will discover the power of gratitude, calming big emotions, and easing worries. An attitude of gratitude will help her appreciate life’s blessings, big and small, fostering a positive outlook and emotional stability.
🌟Week 8 - MAGICAL Mindfulness
In our final week, week 8 your daughter will learn the magic of mindfulness. She’ll practice techniques to find stillness and calm her mind, especially when feeling overwhelmed. This skill will be a lifelong asset, helping her navigate life’s challenges with a centered and peaceful mindset.
AND MOST OF ALL... We will have lots of FUN with ARTS & CRAFTS each week to align with each lesson.
