Not ready for a sanctioned powerlifting competition? Welcome to Empower-lifting! Choose your events, choose your style.
Events: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Pullup (banded), Pullup (weighted)
Style: Squat (barbell or kettlebell), Bench Press (barbell or free weights), Deadlift (barbell, kettlebell, trap bar), Pullup (novice - banded or bodyweight), Pullup (advanced - one rep max weight with a weight belt).
Compete in any or all events. Free t-shirt and gift bag included with registration!
