The Soroptimist Club is offering this FREE self defense/awareness course to not only Soroptimist Club members but the general public on Wed. April 9, 2025. It is open to young ladies ages 11 & up so bring your mother, daughter, niece, aunt, cousin, friend or anybody you want to keep safe. It is FREE and possibly the best 90 minutes you may spend on yourself and your safety.
The instructor, Stacy Munday, will share her story of a personal attack along with instructing on self-awareness and many other things.
We are asking for a ten dollar deposit that will hold your spot as seating is limited. If you attend, you get your $10 back that night. You can Venmo or contact Katie Burroughs to secure your spot.
