This dedicated women's health night is a community-focused event designed to educate, inspire, and connect active women of all ages.
What to Expect:
🔹 Strength Training for Females with Pelvic Floor considerations: Learn about the improtance of strength training for women including the prescription that is most appropriate for each phase of life taking pelvic floor dysfunction into consideration with Accredited Exercise Physiologist Shani Burleigh
🔹 Nutritional Support through the different life stages:  Gain a better understanding of nutrition and how to properly fuel your body for optimal health and strength with Accredited Dietitian Ashlee Brient
🔹 Self-Defense Workshops: Learn essential self-defense skills and knowledge to stay safe and confident out in the community with Cory Hearn.
