✨We are live with our next amazing event in the Sol of Woman lineup! Join us on Saturday, October 12th from 12:30-2:3pm at the beautiful @julieats_cafe for a light lunch, mock-tails or wine, and real talk about the daily expectations of women, keeping a positive body image, and how to balance it all (spoiler... we don’t!)
This dynamic chat will include real talk on subjects around:

👏Intimate conversation on a women's ever changing body

Our panel of speakers includes Eleni Simos of The Clean Eating Chick, Jacklyn Iannitti of Integrative Pelvic Wellness, and Lauren Romer of Let's Talk Fitness. These three impact filled ladies bring with them real life experience, professional knowledge, and a down to earth personality to help you lean along the way.
Our afternoon begins with a yummy treat, followed by this need to know discussion. Each of our participants will take home a fabulous swag bag filled with goodies, treats, and a delish juice to kick start your journey, courtesy of our event sponsor, Eleni of The Clean Eating Chick!
