About this Event
The programme is limited to 8 women who want to build confidence and resilience to tackle challenges, reduce stress or get clarity on personal or business direction. To do this we will be getting back to basics, evaluating strengths, motivations and values and leveraging this to empower us in 2024.
There will be 4 half day, face to face workshops followed by an online 1-1, 30- minute coaching session to ensure you have the tailored support you need.
The first session is experiential and kicks off in the forest. We will be having fireside chats, cooking and sharing food, drinking hot chocolate and eating s’mores, as well as making our own Christmas holly wreath to take home. This session is all about the importance of wellbeing.
The next 3 sessions are planned to take place in a classroom setting at the beautiful Bowcliffe Hall near Wetherby. You will have the opportunity to take a strengths finder assessment to start off the process of identifying your strengths, and we will build on this over the rest of the course. Obviously there will be a lot of fun thrown in!
