If you have been wanting to build strength, release stress, balance your hormones and hang out with epic women... this is your chance!
Think....a 'gym' workout.. but with a little inner child lovin', just the right amount of girl-talk, cardio twerk breaks, myofascial body love, and a powerful meditation to align with your inner guidance before we wrap up.. cause that's how we do!

Dates are Jan 17-March 24. We are off the week of March 3 and you will have an at-home practice to do that week!If you re feeling the call, please reserve your space ASAP!
Spots will fill fast.Limited to 8 women, so everyone can receive individual attention.
Classes are 'All-levels' and I will be offering personalized modifications to meet you where you are at!That said...if you have specific injuries/limitations with your body, please reach out to me before registering at [email protected]

Meet your Trainer!
Hi! I'm Lizzy, I'm a certified holistic personal trainer, somatic trauma healing practitioner & body-mind self-care coach. I have been supporting women to reclaim their worthiness & self love, and feel better in their bodies & their lives, for over 17 years.
My classes & circles are designed to be a safe space to unwind from patriarchal conditioning (shame, judgement, scarcity, and overemphasis on the mind) and reclaim the innocence, wisdom & power of our body, heart, and higher self.
When you join an in-person event, you will be warmly welcomed into our sisterhood & meet other local women who are walking the path of personal empowerment (no mean girl vibes here, promise!).
At the heart of all of my work is the prayer that we metabolize our past trauma in order to RISE into the powerful, sovereign, courageous and graceful leaders that we are here to be.
