In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, please join us for "Empower and Protect", a self-defense class to empower individuals with the skills and confidence to protect themselves. This class teaches practical techniques for defending against various forms of assault, emphasizing personal safety and awareness. Participants will learn how to recognize dangerous situations, trust their instincts, and use physical techniques like escapes, and defensive maneuvers to protect themselves. The session will also focus on building mental resilience, promoting self-confidence, and fostering a supportive environment where survivors can feel safe. Led by experienced instructors, the class aims to raise awareness about sexual assault prevention while providing essential tools to help individuals feel more in control of their safety. This empowering workshop is open to people of all genders and backgrounds.
