About this Event
iROWE (Institute for Research into Work, Organisations and Employment), UCLan is holding a one-day event on the 15th July exploring Employment Relations in Healthcare. The event aims to create a space for conversation to consider progressive approaches to people management and discuss people management challenges in the sector. Speakers will include experts from across the specialisms of Employment Relations, HR/People Profession and Healthcare working within practice, policy and research.
The event is on the 15th July 2024 at the Media Factory, Preston, University of Central Lancashire. 10 am - 4 pm.
Refreshments available. Attendance is free. We invite anyone interested in Employment Relations in Healthcare, across practice, policy and research.
Attendees will be sent conference information nearer the time.
