Josh Howard is a Member at Ogden Murphy Wallace and his practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis in employment law. He has represented public and private employers in employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation and has successfully defended employers against claims of harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
