Bringing more than two decades of experience advising businesses across the UK, Teresa provides strategic HR and employment law advice at board level, including major redundancy and restructure projects involving union consultation. She acts for national corporates and charities, guiding them through reorganisations, employee relations issues, policy reviews and training.
Katie provides practical, commercial advice on all aspects of employment law, supporting businesses from SMEs to PLCs. Her expertise spans day‑to‑day HR issues such as holiday pay, grievances and disciplinaries, through to complex redundancy and TUPE projects. She frequently represents clients in employment tribunals, undertaking her own advocacy, and is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
With 25+ years in recruitment at Hays, Ruth specialises in HR appointments across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, partnering with organisations on insight‑led talent strategies alongside personalised support for job seekers.
