Mae Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (PG) ar gynnydd yng Nghymru, gan gynnig dewis arall pwerus ac ymarferol ar gyfer olyniaeth busnes a darparu twf gwydn sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gymuned.
