Be among the first to experience the launch of our 2025 United in Purpose campaign! We’ll unveil the new ECM Toolkit, high-impact videos, and campaign materials—all designed to help your campaign soar.

ECM Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices
Get a refresher on ECM roles and responsibilities, gain new insights, and discover proven strategies for successful campaigns. You’ll also have the chance to exchange ideas and tips with fellow ECMs during a collaborative knowledge-sharing session.

Introducing the Inaugural ECM'ys!
We see your passion and dedication—and we’re celebrating it! During the workshop, we’ll announce the categories and incentives for our first-ever ECM’ys, a new initiative to honor your incredible efforts.

Field Trip, Lunch and Reflection

Experience the real impact of your work and your company's participation in UWGK's Annual Campaign during a guided tour of the Boys and Girls Clubs of TN Valley at Lonsdale Elementary School. This tour will also highlight the impact of UWGK's Community Schools initiative. End the day with lunch and a moment of reflection to connect your efforts as ECMs to the lives you're transforming.

Note: Tours and lunch are optional but highly encouraged.
