Through Empathy Works' drama strategies, you'll better understand others' feelings and perspectives, leading to a more harmonious, equitable, and efficient workplace. Our playful and insightful interactive activities allow you to choose how to participate (playwright, director, actor, critic) so that we dive deep into common workplace situations with a critical and empathetic approach together.
