Monique Gomez is a Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Bodyworker with a Master's in Social Work. She offers holistic support, focusing on the nervous system, helping clients cope with stress, process trauma, and build resilience. Monique is skilled in group facilitation, self-regulation education, and guiding individuals to create new patterns and rewire old stories.
