Are you a groomer, walker, trainer, dog club educator, puppy class instructor or daycare attendant? Come along and learn about how the emotions of the dogs in our care impact our best practice, what is involved in resolving common problems, and tips for maintaining business success whilst also remaining ethical.
Day 2 - Emotional Wellbeing in every part of the Veterinary clinic. For Veterinarians and Vet nurses 10am-4pm
Understand how stress works and how to reduce it from appointment booking to consults and discharge! From communication with clients to fear free handling, referrals to other professionals and how to find them and medication options. Help your practice become stress free for all!
Tickets are $200 per day (including lunch and morning tea). Both days are available to Veterinary professionals for $375. Day 2 is registered for 5 Vet Nurse CPD units.
