INTUITIVE EMOTIONAL SELF HEALING Class lasts 2-2.5 hrsLearn to tap into your Intuitive senses to release blockages and bring positive energy flow and balance into your body. With this class you will empower yourself to self heal by joining the forefront of self energy healing. This Class will be led by Intuitive Healer Colleen Serra. Class Includes

*Overview of the importance of healing wounds * Guided Meditation to connect with the senses

• Dicussion of how flower essences heal through emotional support

* Chakra Balance Drawing

• Sharing in small groups or pairs to foster support
• Journaling prompts to explore current emotional challenges
• Closing Circle to share experiences and insights gained in class and setting intention for the journey ahead
