About our presenters:
Jennifer Schaefer is a trauma-informed Mind-Body Life Coach, Senior RIM® Trainer, E-RYT 500 and founder of Reveal Your Inner Hero™—a holistic wellness method that integrates somatic practices, Jungian psychology, emotional processing, and yoga to help women move from anxiety and people-pleasing to intuitive trust and emotional freedom. With over two decades of experience in transformational coaching, yoga, and inner healing, Jenn guides participants to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and reset the emotional patterns that keep them stuck. Her warm, grounded teaching style blends depth, safety, and a touch of humor—making healing both powerful and accessible.
Libbey is a trauma-informed certified RIM® facilitator, Transformational Presence coach and trainer, and the founder of Moss Hill Pathways. She’s also been in the Ahimsa yoga community for the past five years. She partners with clients to help them shed old patterns of overwhelm and “not good enough” to stretch their boundaries, and become freer, happier, and more fulfilled. She is particularly interested in “serving the servers,” helping people who want to make the world a better place through their particular field of service. With deep listening and warmth, she helps clients become more resourced and able to access their intuitive guidance system to live with greater clarity, ease and joy.
