This workshop will guide you through powerful breathwork exercises designed to help you release pent-up emotions and find inner peace. 90 minutes includes:

• Activating /Energizing preparatory breathing 
• Light stretching/Yoga movements (that activate energy centers)
• Holotropic breathwork for holistic wellbeing and emotional release

We tend to store a lot of emotional stress/trauma in different parts of our body, Over time these start to build up causing long term pains or other bodily issues. Our breath acts as a switch between body and mind. When we do breathwork, we use our breath to get to the deeper layers of our stored emotional stress in our body and start to release them. This leads to a lighter feeling and overall lightness and health.

This powerful session starts with a preparatory activating breathwork session, followed by light yoga stretching to open up different energy centers in the body and ending with a powerful holotropic breathwork session that is known to help with emotional release and overall well being, These benefits are more pronounced when done in a group setting.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Journal if needed 
• Blanket or shawl to be comfortable 
• Have a light meal/breakfast, do not eat too heavy
• Wear comfortable clothing
