Join us for a transformative workshop designed to identify and release years of stored emotional trauma by gently guiding your body out of survival mode and into a state of safety, connection, and release. Through a carefully curated blend of journaling, movement, meditation, and breathwork, we will activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the part of the body responsible for rest, repair, and emotional regulation.Once grounded in this state of safety, we’ll move into a guided group somatic release experience using visualization, conscious breath, physical touch, and vocalization to help you access and release stored emotional trauma from the body. This space is held with deep presence and intention, supported by a team of experienced facilitators who will offer co-regulation through grounded touch, attuned vocalization, and nervous system-safe support.
