About this Event
Social awareness refers to how we handle relationships and our awareness of others’ feelings, needs, and concerns. We will look at empathy, our ability to read emotional currents and power shifts in groups, along with anticipating recognizing and meeting individuals’ needs.
Relationship Management concerns the skill or adeptness at inducing desirable responses in others. Developing others, inspirational leadership, managing change, effective tactics for persuasion, conflict management and creating strong teams will be delved into and discussed in this workshop.
What to expect if you've never been before.
Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
