About this Event
In part 1 of Emotional intelligence we will be exploring ourselves, it's a good place to start as we should look to what WE can improve on rather than forcing change on those around us to make us feel comfortable.
Self-Awareness concerns knowing one’s internal states, our preferences, resources, impulses and intuitions; self-management refers to how we manage them.
Can we recognise our own emotions and what effect does this have on us? Do we know our strengths and limits? What do we truly think of our self? What are we capable of achieving?
We will be asking these tough questions and looking at other competencies to consider when developing the self.
What to expect if you've never been before.
Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
