About this Event
During this 8-hour class, public safety staff is provided with relevant information for understanding Emotional Intelligence for themselves and others. This class teaches students how to assess emotions while becoming self-aware of their own biases, beliefs, and moods. It also increases students' ability to understand how emotional intelligence impacts the culture of the workplace and organization. This class features tips on active listening combined with self-care to become a more resilient person while adding to employee retention for the organization.
