In this workshop, Kerri will...
- Review the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a.k.a. "tapping" with participants
- Recap the scientifically researched and supported "gold standard" tapping points proven to be the most effective when tapping
- Learn about the vagus nerve and our physiological (body) responses to stress and trauma
- Learn additional non-eft skills to help calm the nervous system
- Practice the method of tapping with direct instruction and the ability to ask questions
This class is perfect for people who are new to "tapping" OR who are familiar with the concept and would enjoy some guided simple processes with a teacher.
This workshop is hosted by Kerri M. Vercellini; Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owner of Awaken Holistic Counseling Services in downtown Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. Kerri is licensed in both MA and NH and currently sees clients in-person and virtually.
