Shaun Zetlin’s mission is to share his passion, knowledge and inspiration about proper fitness and health with a positive mindset to help others reach their health and fitness goals. For 21 years, Zetlin has successfully run his own personal training and nutrition business in the New York City Metro area. Able to relate and adapt to each client, Zetlin prides himself on developing exercise programs and nutritional plans that address each person's individual needs. His clientele reflects all walks of life, from the beginner to the bodybuilder, the expectant mother, the seasoned athlete, the senior citizen, the professional dancer and more. Zetlin's specialties include strength and conditioning, weight loss, corrective exercise, and power techniques.
