You will be guided in this workshop in self exploration of the Food Talk Model and you will discover how to utilise a profound emotional resource technique from neurolinguistic programming (NLP).
You will have the power you to choose how to respond to your emotional world.
We'll share, learn, drink tea and you will leave with incredible nutrition understanding and personalised tools for change.

I'm very glad to be holding this group workshop in the incredible workshop space at the Co-Exist Kitchen in Easton.
Doors open at 6pm if you want to come and drink tea and chat before the event starts at 6.30pm
